Craaaaaayzzzeeee Eight

It's a little early but....

Eight months. Wow. Yeah.

Um.

I don't really have much to report. Really. I'm kinda just status quo.

No changes.

I still sit up. I still only roll from belly to back. I still babble a lot. I still don't crawl.

Hmmm.

I guess I do kinda, like, scream now. Like riding a roller coaster type of scream or maybe even Jamie Lee Curtis "Halloween" type screaming.

I guess the easiest way to explain it is that I hear my big sisty screaming like it all the time. She does it when she's getting tickled, when she's running around the house in excitement, if she's really angry and even if she's really sad.

Man, she does it so much that screaming MUST have an important function in communication. I do it all the time now.

I have this friend, he's almost the same age as me, just a few weeks shy. And you know what? That sucka crawls. He also pulls up to standing. Dude. I KNOW.

But, you know what? Man, do I have a HUGE head! Mommy tried a hat on me the other day. It's supposed to fit up until you are two years old. I was on the largest setting. She thinks that it might not last the summer.

Yeah. Check it. Mikey got back.

What else can I tell you about myself?

I poop. A LOT.

I am a talented poop artiste. I can poop right out the top of my diaper - IN THE FRONT! I can poop down only one leg of my pants. Yesterday it was the right. Today it was the left. I can also get it to shoot right out the side of my diaper and not have it touch the diaper AT ALL.

Do you know what all this messy pooping gets me? Lots and lots of baths.

I love a nice hot bath. So relaxing. So......

MA! YOU GOTTA BE KIDDIN' ME?!?!? IS NOTHING SACRED?!?!??!?!

Next to a bath, the thing I most enjoy doing is eating. I can pack away Cheerios like nobody's business. And STILL, I have not found a baby food that I don't like.

My sister likes to give me tips and hints on eating sometimes. But, you know what, I think I can show her a thing or two. Give me a couple of years and, man, I'll be able to eat circles around her. As long as they are circles of Cheerios.

"See, Mikey? Dis is how you chew a hot dog.
AHHHHHHHHHHH."

Do you see what I put up wit, here?
Hotdog breath. Jeez.

And in conclusion, to make up for the lack of content I've decided to post two short videos.

This one is a standard "Big Sister Feeds Little Brother" video. There's like a million of these on YouTube.

This second video shows one other thing that I love doing. Laughing. I laugh all the time. Except when I am hungry or tired. Then I put on the pout. I am finding that pouts are just as good as giggles when you want attention.

Hopefully, next month I'll have more to report.

Until then....

Still here......

We're still here and are all in various degrees of getting-betterdom.

Huzbend and Mikey seem to be the healthiest right now. Katie still has the sniffles and some coughs.

Me? Well, I just started a round of antibiotics for a sinus infection. Yippee.

What a sucky cold season. I don't think there has been a strain of the cold virus that we haven't picked up.

Sigh.

But things are looking up, right? The clocks have sprung ahead and that means warmer and dryer weather is coming. Can't wait.

We haven't done much in the past couple of weeks so there hasn't been much to report.

So, while I find something worthwhile to write about, meet our two local super heroes.....

Super Sisty

and her trusty sidekick

The Infected

We're all sick.

All of us have various degress of boogiedom and all of us have coughs. Poor Mikey has it all PLUS the added benefit of an infection in his right ear.

Sigh.

It's a beautiful day today. Sunny and about 60 degrees and you know what we're doing today?Nothing. Yep. Nothing. I'm trying to stay as far away from humanity as possible and they should thank us for it.

So, in lieu of a post with some substance, please enjoy this little video interlude......
